Skygen Technologies

These terms and policies are published by Skygen Technologies (“Skygens”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for www.skygens.com and the online services, digital products and Learning Hub offerings made available through it. Skygens operates online and does not supply physical goods through the offerings covered by these pages. Learning Hub offerings include projects, internships, training and certifications; Services include digital, engineering, research-support, web and related technology services as described on the website or in an order/proposal.

1. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include online payment gateways, cards, bank transfer, UPI or other methods displayed or agreed by Skygens. The exact options may vary by country, currency, service and transaction provider.

2. Prices and Currency

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout, quotation or invoice. Taxes such as GST and any applicable international taxes are handled as required by law. Currency-conversion charges, bank fees and cross-border charges may be applied by financial institutions or payment providers.

3. Payment Timing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment or the required advance/deposit must be received before work, access or delivery begins. For milestone engagements, Skygens may pause work if an invoice becomes overdue.

4. Payment Security

Skygens uses reasonable security measures and reputable payment processors where available. Payment credentials should be entered only through the designated secure payment interface. Skygens does not request passwords, CVV numbers, OTPs or full card credentials by email, chat or telephone.

5. Verification and Fraud Prevention

We may verify transaction information, identity or order details where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law or protect customers. Suspicious transactions may be held, declined or cancelled subject to applicable law.

6. Failed or Reversed Payments

If payment fails, is reversed, charged back or remains unpaid, access or work may be suspended. A genuine payment error should be reported promptly with the transaction reference.

7. Chargebacks

Customers should contact Skygens first for billing disputes so that we can investigate and resolve genuine issues. Nothing in this section limits statutory rights or lawful chargeback rights.

8. Digital Services and No Physical Shipping

Payments covered by this Policy relate to digital services/products and online Learning Hub offerings. There is ordinarily no physical shipping, cash-on-delivery, courier or physical inventory.

9. Refund Interaction

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy and any service-specific terms. A payment processor’s successful transaction does not by itself create or remove refund rights.

10. International Payments

International customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and complying with applicable local payment, tax and currency rules. Skygens may use international payment processors that apply their own terms and privacy policies.
